Little Book “The Infinite” is a highly limited Kentucky straight bourbon that introduces a new concept within the Little Book series, centered on continuity, legacy, and evolution. Created by 8th Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe, it blends bourbons produced by three generations of the Noe family, linking past, present, and future into a single expression.

What makes “The Infinite” unique is its ongoing blend structure. A portion of each release is set aside and carried forward into future batches, allowing the whiskey to evolve over time while maintaining a connection to its original foundation. Each edition builds on the last, creating a living blend that reflects both consistency and change.

The inaugural release is composed of bourbons aged between approximately 7 and 20 years, resulting in a profile that balances maturity with vibrancy. Bottled at a high proof of around 119.3, it delivers a bold, full-bodied experience with a dense and layered structure.

The character leans into deeply developed bourbon elements such as oak, caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar, supported by darker tones of molasses, tobacco, and baking spice. Subtle fruit undertones add lift, while the finish is long, rich, and warming.
