All deliveries containing alcoholic beverages require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older with valid photo identification. Packages cannot be left at the door unattended.

Title and Ownership

For all orders shipped outside of our local delivery area: Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from us to the buyer at our warehouse in Patchogue, New York, at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to you.

Pricing Errors

We strive to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing. Vintage Substitutions

Wine vintages (the year of harvest) change frequently. If a specific vintage you ordered is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a comparable vintage or a refund. We make every effort to display the correct vintage, but the image shown on the website may not always match the vintage currently in stock.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Local Delivery: We may offer local delivery to specific zip codes surrounding Patchogue, NY.

  • Interstate Shipping: We ship only to states where it is legal to do so. If we are unable to ship to your state due to regulations, we will notify you and refund your order.

  • Weather: Extreme heat or cold can damage wine. We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather conditions to ensure the quality of the product.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

New York State law strictly regulates the return of alcoholic beverages.

  • Defective Merchandise: If a bottle is corked (spoiled) or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at (631) 207-5836. We may offer a replacement or store credit pending verification.

  • Unwanted Items: Generally, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have left the premises, unless the product is defective.
